A traditional Turkish bread with a distinctive taste and light fluffy texture

Turkish pide can be eaten fresh,straight from the packet without heating.However it is best eaten warmed. Place whole loaf or sections in an oven and heat at 180'C or 4-6 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

Organic white spelt flour, organic unbleached plain flour, sourdough starter,sesame seed,nigella seed fresh yeast, sea salt, organic improver, 36% filtered water. 250 gram loaf.
